Introduction

Before I go any further, let me explain the purpose behind this blog. My friend Paulie attempted to start a diet (for obvious reasons) at the beginning of this semester. However, he did almost nothing to change his eating behavior. One night he ate 5 slices of pizza AFTER dinner. Multiple times he ate lunch after saying that he wouldn't anymore. He also began drinking MORE soda once the diet started. Yes that's right, more soda. Paulie made the mistake of telling everyone about his diet, so now we are on a mission to force him into actually doing it. We are going to photograph him everytime he does something against the rules of the diet. For the record, the rules are:

1. No food after dinner.
2. No dessert after meals (Paulie has been known to put down 3 cookies right after eating a full plate of dinner).
3. No soda.
4. All meals must be as healthy as possible and approved by Steve and I before consumption.

For Paulie's sake, I hope that this blog doesn't end up having many posts. But I'm pretty confident I'll be updating it tomorrow. Until then, stay healthy people.

P.S. Paulie was once turned away from a horseback ride because of his weight. He's gained 30 pounds since then.
